We want you to love your FIGS as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, such as embroidered scrubs, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original bag or a sturdy mailing envelope.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Drop off your return at the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
